Improve Transformer with Namespace tests.
- Reorganize test into test tables. - Ensure that every test case, convers SMP and JSONPatch by using Deployment as kind first and then "MyCRD" as kind. - Add tests involving namespaces. - Add tests involving reordering of patches.
