93d7511b38 perf: optimize Gvk.ApiVersion() 
Convert Gvk.ApiVersion() from using strings.Builder to raw string
concatenation. The logic in Gvk.ApiVersion() is simple enough that
raw concatenation executes quicker and consumes less memory.
